Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any of our cosmetic products.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of a damaged or incorrect item. To be eligible:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order
To request an exchange, please email info@kochidubai.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued, except in cases where a product is out of stock after purchase or a shipping error occurs on our side. In such cases, you will be contacted and refunded to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with results. Results may vary depending on individual hair type and usage.
