Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any of our cosmetic products.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the case of a damaged or incorrect item. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order

To request an exchange, please email info@kochidubai.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued, except in cases where a product is out of stock after purchase or a shipping error occurs on our side. In such cases, you will be contacted and refunded to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with results. Results may vary depending on individual hair type and usage.

  • Kochi Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
